Aloha friends, 2024 is looking to be the best summer season yet! I can’t wait to bring the Uke Island vibe to all my favorites people and places. So far we have confirmed Sunday – Fun – Day at Chef Mike’s ABG, South Seaside Park, Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
We are tentatively scheduled to play every Thursday at Seahorse Bar, Convention Hall, Asbury Park too! Just waiting on the final confirmation.
New single will drop this June on all streaming platforms…
SUMMER KICK-OFF EVENTS
Sunday, May 26th celebrate the day at Chef Mike’s ABG TIKI BAR as we kick-off the summer season. Chef Mike always does it right with amazing food and drink all day long! Come out early and grab a table, music starts at 1pm.
Friday, June 1 catch the trio at MJ’s in Bayville (our first time at MJ’s!)
Join UKE and the band (UKE TRIO) on Friday, June 7th at Half Moon Point for our summer kick-off. We are looking forward to a wild night of music starting at 7:30pm! Reservations suggested.
On Saturday, June 22 we are kicking off Summer at the Lavallette Food Truck Festival playing from 5:30 to 8:30pm to close out the day. We will be joined by our buddies, Wave Length Band, who will warm up the day with their mix of classic rock. Free, family friendly music at the Bay Beach Gazebo. Fee to enter food truck area.

Uke Biography
Since 2013 UKE has been playing live shows on the Jersey Shore bringing a fun splash of reggae, calypso and pop. Making music without rules and connecting to a wide range of people is a magical ingredient of UKE’s style. From concert halls to beach parties UKE brings a good vibe approach to every live performance.
The original duo “Uke & Drum” has evolved into solo and trio versions but the name “Uke & Drum” remains in use on music streaming platforms. Three albums are live on all music platforms, just search “Uke & Drum”.
Uke & Drum performed their first live show at the Stone Pony (Asbury Park) in 2013 opening for grammy winner Booker T Jones (of Booker T and the M.G.s)

UKE lives to play music, he is a multi instrumentalist and performs with a wide variety of genres and artists from singer-songwriters to orchestras.
